7. Mohini finds her dream boy

CHAPTER 7
Mohini finds her dream boy

Mohini and Yedu entered the private room. It was a very small room. Both of them were standing close to each other. Mohini was standing against the wall since she was afraid that Yedu’s body might touch hers. Yedu removes the measuring tape to measure Mohini’s body.

“Please take measurement without touching.” Said Mohini with fear.

Yedu looked into her eyes with excitement. “You don’t worry madam. Just raise your hands and close your eyes. I will take all the measurements in just one minute.”

Mohini raised her hands and closed her eyes. “Please take all measurements quickly.”

Yedu looked at her chest and raised the tape. He started dreaming with excitement. His body stated shaking. He slowly bends over her body. His body touched her body.

Mohini opened her eyes in a shock. “Why did you touch me?”

“Sorry madam. On seeing your body, I went into dreams. It was just one touch. Any problem?”

Mohini stared at him. “No problem. But when I grew up, an astrologer had visited our house. He told me that the person who touches me first will be my husband. Since then I have been careful to see that no one touches my body. Now you have touched me.”
She felt shy. “You are my husband.”

Yedu was shocked and excited. “What are you saying? I think I am very lucky. I went into dreams on seeing you. I have forgotten the world due to that first touch. I have opened my heart to you. Tell me when we can get married.”

Mohini was excited. “According to the astrologer, you are my husband. But there is one problem. That of my father. He has standard problem. We have to convince him that you are my husband.”

Yedu said seriously, “Give me your father’s background. If I have captured you with a single touch, I will catch him easily. Tell me when we can have the next touch.”

Mohini laughed. “We can have the next touch when you give me my stitched blouse.”

“No problem. I will stitch it for you and also help you wear it.”

Mohini went out. Brahmam was reading Chandamama stories. Yedu asked Brahmam to give the bill for blouse piece. He gave the bill and Mohini paid.

Brahmam was shocked to see Mohini go out empty handed. “She has paid money and yet she is going empty handed.”

Yedu laughed. “She has given me first touch. That is why she is paying. She will give me second touch in the evening.”

Brahmam was shocked to hear this. “What is this first touch and second touch? Are you writing a new story?”

Yedu laughed. “You should have opened a library for story books. You have opened a cloth shop and yet you keep reading Chandamama stories all the time.”

Brahmam pointed to a Chandamama book. “I have been reading these books since childhood. I forget everything and live in a dream world of stories.”

“You keep talking of getting married. You will probably marry a princess from those books you read.”

Brahmam was happy. “That is my dream. If I get a lady to tell me stories at night, I will forget the world.”
