Madesha is arrested

          Chakri gang went to Blade’s area and searched everywhere for him. But they could not find him. Then they phoned to Chakri. “Brother, they have vacated this place. It was all well planned. The person who used to supply bottles to them has given us a small clue. The whole plan was made by a person called Michael. If we catch him, we can extract everything from him. If we ask the church Father, we will come to know where that Michael is.”

Chakri became serious. “Wait. I will phone to the inspector. They will search for Michael.”

Chakri phoned to inspector. “Brother, don’t worry about money. I will give you the phone number of church Father. If you arrest that Michael and tourture him, he will tell us where that Blade and the man who hit Churi are hiding.”

          Police arrested Michael and toutured him in jail.

It was holi function in Maestri’s village. Maestri danced with Vasanti and Rupali. Everyone had nice fun.

          Early in the morning, Maestri got a phone call from inspector. “I am CI speacking from police station. Madesha is your brother, isn’t it?”

Maestri was shocked. “Yes sir. What has happened to him? Any accident?”

“His name has been entered in the list of rowdies. He is right now in our custody. You must come immediately.”

“What has my brother done that you had to put him in jail?”

“I cannot tell the details on phone. Just come to the station.”

Maestri told his mother about it. Sakamma was shocked. “What happened to Madesha?”

Sadly, Maestri said, “I don’t know the exact details. They have put him in the cell. I just cannot understand what he could have done.”

Vasanti was worried. “I too cannot understand. I asked Mallesha in the morning how he had written the exam. He said that he did not know since his room was different.”

Maesti got dressed to go. Govindappa was watching him. “I too will come with you. Let us take Gowda with us. Going to the police station is a very scary thing.”
